It's going to be a bright, sun shiny day

I was reminded today of the reason that it's sometimes nice to be walking to work before the sun comes up. I saw the most gorgeous sunrise and put me in a good mood for the rest of the day.
On a related walking note, Len and I have decided to participate in the 6 Km Ambulance Chasers Walk, at Eau Claire market, in October. Even though I can't actually run it, it still gives me a degree of optimism to be involved in it, as it is the first race I ever ran, and I had a lot of fun. Plus, we get a free technical T out of the deal and a glow stick, who could ask for more?
